In detail
1. Who can use FINDATRUCKLOAD?
Any business with a partial, full or multiple truck load(s) that requires transport within New Zealand OR any transport operator holding a TSL (Transport Service License). Note these TSL ratings will be displayed on listings when publicly available.

3. Who can see my contact details?
Only the basic load and truck information is shown. Contact details and exact addresses are only shown to the user and only once the transaction is complete.
4. Why would I post my empty truck?
So you don’t have to search for loads! If a load listing is automatically matched to your empty truck you receive an email alert asking you to accept or decline the load.
Also so a freight provider can find and accept your truck posting straight away, which means the work comes to you!
5. How much does it cost?
It is FREE to browse truck and load postings, FREE to post your empty truck or load and FREE to register! The only charge is at the point of transaction.
Whoever accepts the fixed price or offer incurs an acceptance fee of 6% of the sale value excluding GST. Success fees maybe refundable in the event of the sale not completing.
6. How do you pay the acceptance fee?
Under “My Account” you can credit your account using your credit card so success fees can be automatically deducted when you accept an offer or fixed price.
If you do not have sufficient credit when a posting is accepted, you will be prompted to credit either a minimum of $15 or the value of the success fee to your FINDATRUCKLOAD account.
7. How and when do I pay the chosen carrier?
This transaction is to be carried out privately between the two parties concerned, usually once the service has been performed. Please see our terms and conditions for further detail.
8. How safe is it to upload my credit card details?
It is very safe to use your credit card, as FINDATRUCKLOAD does not store your credit card details. We use a third party payment gateway called “Payment Express- DPS” which is one of the most secure online payment systems available today.
9. How does insurance work?
Special arrangements must be made with the carrier, otherwise you should check the carriage of goods act for further details:

10. How do I manage my account?
My trucks and My loads: Here you can manage your offers from carriers on your load, edit or cancel truck and load postings.
Note: If a posting is cancelled within the expiry period, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. If you have sufficient reasoning for the cancellation, email support@findatruckload.co.nz
My offers: Manage your offers placed on postings.
Note: Once your offer has been accepted you are legally bound to either move that load or use that carrier. If you wish to terminate the sale, this must be arranged between both users. The success fee will be refunded if necessary and re-charged to the user who terminated the sale.
My account: Where you upload credit on your account.
My alerts: You can set email matching and notification for loads, trucks or both either daily, weekly or once the posting is uploaded.
My details: Please update your contact details on a regular basis.
11. Can I re-post a load or truck once it expires?
Yes.
12. Can I change my offer on a posting?
Yes, you must make a new offer.
13. Can I withdraw my offer?
Yes, until your offer is accepted. If you still wish to terminate the transaction, this must be arranged with the poster.
Note: If the sale becomes void due to this reason the success fee will be charged to the user who made the offer.
